Eligibility

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Process

  1. Contact our support team at store@tayocosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Ship the item back using Citypak Delivery or another reliable courier service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., wrong shade or product), please indicate your preferred replacement in your request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
